Good environmet. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus everyday year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I don't liked anything. First thing is low salary compared to other's bank staff.

Low salary compared to other's bank staff. Since 8 June am continously going are office. My manager not allowed me to work from home. First they have make me promise i have to be learned another person desk so i did. Now my manager not allowed me are to work from home. I told him i will learn another department person work but not now after corona. But she is not agree.

...hartered is good place to work but not good pay master. Work atmosphere is good. There is no salary growth as compare to market.

Nothing. No single aspect is good in Standard chartered. I don't refer anyone to this company.

You cannot develop communication skills because everyone speaks only Tamil. 2) No work life Balance 3) The pay is very very low 4) No learnings and no option to gain knowledge.

The management I had in Bangalore were nice, I can speak only for this department head, he is no longer with this organisation

...total nonsense, why would you hire if you yourself were not sure about your job. Salary negotiations were decent but I should have asked for more at the time of joining.
