1. Good work culture and good colleagues but depends on projects 2. Variable pay is good but hike is not great 3. Work life balance is good/bad based on projects. I had great work life balance, team culture, and colleagues one 1 project but horrible team, culture and manager in another.

Nothing concrete as a dislike, it can be both good or bad depending on which project you are assigned to.

The work culture is very good with a near-perfect work-life balance. There is a lot of support for new initiatives, upgrading your skill set. The new technologies used are a lot more compared to other fintech companies like JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, etc.

Dislikes

...e is lack of sufficient training programs for certification exams preparation. The pay is nowhere close to market standards, thereby affecting the quality of new talents being hired.

Free transport, timely salary, ample leaves, health insurance

Dislikes

...e is otherwise then you are forced to resign even after you are performing best. Salary is below market standard and zero hike even after slogging for one year. The reason they give is your salary is above market standards.

There is a lot of scope for leaning. Remaining things completely depends on your project and management. Kind of a retirement company if you enter with a good compensation.

Salary structure need to be revised. There should be normalization based on the performance.

Partially, salary dissatisfaction where low salary given to local stafff and high salary given to foreigners when both doing same role and responsibilities. No growth for career path.Out dated technology and less automation exposure.
