Employee welfare activities poor. Poor canteen service No job security Poor employee salary Top mgmt executives getting more benefits by cheating middle & lower level employees salary & welfare. It's not MNC, simply like cottage industry

I love the company because of its gives high precision and well quality product to the customer and has global level business.and we work happily in collaboration.

There is no growth in our salary and did not get any knowledge from our seniors because of some of the politics.

Worst management. No opportunity for upcoming engineeers. Graduates are treating like a school boys. Outside the company they will said it's MNC company but it's not worth for it they will not maintain standard of company. Major problem of this company Human resources department staffs are very worst.

very difficult to work with Stanadyne as this company needs to do many improvements and need to change the present top management to take the company into next level..

No job security and good hard & smart working people will replace in very short time.

You can't find discipline in manufacturing unit even from production manager. don't know that he had any qualifications. Every time he simply shouting every staffs in front of others even I didn't know why he was shouting others.
