Stan has multiple projects and so does the teams. Job is very secured here and salary and personal growth are praiseworthy. No politics, takes us for a trip every year, flexible timings, and friendly environment.

They can provide unlimited work from home option and provide lunch for the employees. Though occasionally they provide at times.

I would like to highlight the work from home culture. This makes me feel happy as I'm balancing and enjoying my family and professional life together in a very balanced way.

Minimum salary 6. work overload If you care about your career, your skills, your sanity, your physical health, don't join Stan. You'll find better companies than this. This company is totally dependent on ChatGPT and does not recognize human skills anymore. They want writers to generate 30 articles per day using ChatGPT and if you don't complete them on time, the managers, Nishitha, Kathie, and Vindhya will call you together and bark at you like dogs. No HR will listen complaints against them and simply ask you to leave. They have fired several employees without notice, so there's no job security. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY EVER!!
