This company is a terrible place to work. The Country head and the Associate Director of Retail display highly unprofessional behavior, often demeaning and insulting employees without cause. They also make inappropriate and disrespectful comments toward female staff.

The company environment is highly toxic, especially due to the behavior of the country head and the Associate Director, both of whom have a reputation for inappropriate behavior toward female employees. They make offensive remarks, encourages late-night work accompanied by offers of alcohol, and take employees out for drinks, making promotions seemingly dependent on such interactions. There is no POSH policy in place, which further exacerbates the situation. Additionally, there is favouritism, including rumors of a personal affair between associate director and general manager. Overall, its an extremely unhealthy work environment with rampant partiality
