Stallion group keeps salary payments pending for more than 10 months and then after 10 months, only one month's salary may get paid. The company has indulged into loss making business and the owner just keeps running the activities without paying salaries.

Dislikes

The group has a egocentric bluffing Finance team - the company mismanages every aspect of business - Tax, Accounting, Audit and banking. The employees that stick to the company are absolute useless and not suitable to get recruited in any other decent organization.

The company is more i interested in trading business, always looks to innovate news ideas to make avail affordable products to consumers. Very strong backward integration of all products. rooted to village. Down to earth approach appreciated by stakeholders. Happy to work in stallion. Work life balance is very good.

Dislikes

compensation is average, Growth is slow.things moves here very slow. increments has not been consistent since long. a lot of people are un happy.

Stallion group is one of the leading company in west Africa. I work 14 years in stallion group under tradind division . Due to govt policy company not able import commodities. I have vast experience in accounts and finance. Presently I am working in Karamu Plastic ind. as financial controller. Looking for good opportunities.

Salary payments are delayed over 9 to 10 months. The group CFO takes his benefits and ensure that all others are kept in dark about the fiscal doom.
