The worst experience I have ever face, They deduct the amount from my salary for pf, but the amount was not added till now.. The brand was so insecure about the staff. They don't have any feelings for the staff, Out of my 5 years carrier in retails. This was such a wasteful job.

Well there is not much things to write the likes about this dyeing company. Anyways its good place to take the experience of e-commerce company. As it is badly managed company so everyone get the chance to look at the things which happens in other departments. Although a lot of things can be experienced from someones failure.

1. Owner of the company is only interest in politics among the staffs & they pokes everybody to fights with each other. Instead of doing this if they were really put their effort into the work then situation would have been different. 2. Everyone is responsible for everything no matter for which post they have been recruited or what their expertise. 3. Although they claim they are open to take opinion from employees & gives freedom of there work in there own way but actual situation is absolutely different. 4. The people in the management wants to do business in India but they always have bad words in there mouth for the India. Please have some respects of your origin and where you are doing business. 5. These people just blindly copy paste the designs of international brands from internet and claims very trend & design centric company. Designers , Merchandisers every task is just download the images & create samples. Owner of the company says printing a downloaded image is much cheaper than sketching a new/fresh design. 6. Management do not have any knowledge in there business. 7. No joining letter provide this company and suddenly terminates anyone. Zero percent job security.
