They were doing fun and interesting things such as having a large celebration once a month for all employees with birthdays and anniversaries that month.

Dislikes

Terrible pay, terrible hours, if you ask for a raise, they'll keep you hanging but they will never give it. Managers made threats of job termination when your performance drops even just a little. They don't care if you made them millions in profit the previous year and the current year. If you don't perform well, you will certainly get the axe!

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
