Everything. We have work 11 hours here if we don't then they. Will fire without any prior notice. Especially for fresher this company is worst culture

Because of they don't understand actual problem. Management is not proper way. They don't give time at least serve notice period direct fire. Hire some one who doesn't no any thing and fire immediately. Such a worst company i never seen.
