They don’t have employer friendly policies. No pf, gratuity, maternal leave, no salary slips, take months to clear dues even after proper notice period. Professional growth is stagnant.

...hey don't give leaves at all even if your entitled to according to the contract. They'll deduct salary if you take any. 14. Mostly, they appoint their known people as teacher in school. There are too many points. But I believe I have listed many to decide about this place.

I was allowed to teach through whatsapp videos during Corona time . What I meant is they just wanted us to teach in the best way possible. They didn't compel to follow any systems for name sake.

Dislikes

Salary provided was bad. They extended probation period after one year saying BEd is not there but that was not told before. I'm from South and If I knew it , I wouldn't have joined there. other than salary I don't have any issues. I gained a lot of knowledge from there and got a good experience.

It's situated in a nice rural place. They increase salary yearly.

Dislikes

Regular salary delays. If you complain they call you rude and a bad member of school family. Due to covid they gave me 74,000 for the four months instead of 204,000 rupees as per contract . Even they cut 50 per cent of March salary, thought we worked propertly the full month. Feel like being robbed. With such a family I need no enemies.
