Good work experience .given good salary hike and bonus every year. Management is very helpful and understanding.

Definitely career growth is slow . If you are done good job there is no matter to dislike anything.

They don’t have employer friendly policies. No pf, gratuity, maternal leave, no salary slips, take months to clear dues even after proper notice period. Professional growth is stagnant.

Salary was not satisfied what we expected but it's good.. because it's a big organization salary should be in higher side

The school has good teachers who are hard working and dedicated. There are some perks like holidays and celebrations where the teachers are allowed to enjoy and the teachers are respected. The students are also well mannered and disciplined.

Dislikes

...better than other schools, but i was not given the position i was appointed for. And I was asked to leave without notice period or month's salary. No work ethics found and no stability in work.

...classroom, where the real work happens, is very vibrant, lively and full of joy. The pay scale is at par with government employees. Work hours 7:30 to 2pm

Dislikes

The work culture. Minimum formality is not respected. Boundaries are violated. There are some not so agreeable parts in the probationary contract which makes the security of the job questionable.
