I started my career as a fresh b.pharm graduate.During my college life i never ever wanted to be a pharmacist.since i already have an educational loan i couldnt do PG.since my parents insisted on getting a job nearby , i ended up as a hospital pharmaciat.Initially it was very tough for me.But i started njoying dispensing and i learned things quite fast.My collegues helped in a lot from the starting itself. They are the one who helped me a lot to love this job.I think healthy friendship is impotant in every stage of life..personal as well as professional. Above all ,the support from my pharmacy manager was incredible. I am always thankful to her valuable suggetions .Last one year was an important one for me.Because i have learned a lot of new things which includes there are lot of things to learn no matter what all things you have studied in your college.I have completed b.pharm that doesnt means i am better than a senior who studied diploma course. You can learn from anyone who is better than you.You cant be a perfect person(professionaly).you need time to learn and you have to work hard .you have to be confident in every stage of your life.you can do anything may be its take more time.

I have joined the institutions in may 2019 and i got my first salary at the end of august 2020...i have asked about my salary several times and management kept saying like "we can discuss it later,i have a meeting to attend, please come tomorrow, etc. That was something very bad and i didnt get my bus charges. So i tried for another jobs and decided to quit. Then i talked about this to my pharmacy manager and she doesnt want me to quit .With in minutes the hoapital manager came and he asked questions like "oh why are you doing this..pharmacy manager told me that u have studied everything and you can continue here."And i said i have been working here for 3 moths and i have already heard this. After a long discussions i decided to continue there and i got my appointment letter on that day itself. I dont think this columns is suppposed to write this. But i dont know where to write this.. I have 7400 rupees per month salary for the last one year. Its not enogh foer me because It is not enough for me to pay the educational loan. During covid outbreaks, for the month of march i got 7 days compulsory loss of pay leave.for april ..my salary was 3400 rupees..ie,half salry ..even though o worked 20 days. For may also there will be half salary.
