The Institution provides freedom to the faculty in teaching and learning process to use flipped and blended learning. Provides practical training to students by providing state of the art technology labs. It provides job security, even after taking long leaves faculty return back to our Institution as they work here peacefully and happily. Lots of faculty development programmes are organized and incentives are provided. Many faculty get trained here the good teaching methods. If the faculty seeks job opportunity in other cities due to their personal issues, offers are received easily by the name of the Institution. Management is giving freedom to the authorities to improve the Institution in all sorts of fields. System is followed and in place. Proud to say I am a St.Peterian.

Dislikes

This is the work place, where we don't have any politics. Whenever the situation demands all the faculty raise to the occasion. We have come across many committee inspections and the coordination of faculty and the authorities were amazing.
