Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hotel is on prime location.. rest everything was worst

Specially want to mention.. As i was working as an Asst.IT Manager & My Frnd was working as an FOM we both were Full time working but our salary was stopped by Operational Manager (Abhishek panday) the worst senior i have ever worked with. Everyone in the hotel know about him the way he work but no one speak up .. till the time this kind of seniors are in the industry there is no worth to work ..

There is no management. No SOP, no training for junior staff, working environment is very very pathetic. There is so many of cockroach in kitchen, restaurant, food store everywhere. There is no hygiene. It is worst place in the world.
