They pay salary on time. They avoid crowd funding. They really care about kids who got admission in the child care centre but mostly they behave harshly with their parents. I live near to centre with my family so it is fine for me.

Dislikes

This organisation is very orthodox and fears any new change. Less than 10% of the staff in the organisation are male. . A very unhealthy environment is given to newcomers. Management seems very supportive from outside but most of them back bite. Most of the staff are not even graduate or HSC. There is no personal life once you join them. The leave policy & maximum working hours/day are myth. There is no overtime. You have to be 24*7 available on single foot and forced to live near their centre. No Accommodation and mobile allowance support provided from the organisation. You have to use your personal number for taking follow up and other tasks .HR will tell you multiple benefits while negotiating for salary but don't believe as it won't work out once you join this organisation. Most of the people you see here have been working for many years like 4 to 10 years. The reason given by them is "cause". The exact reason is that they will not get any job outside due to lack of skill sets and groupism. I suggest joining the organisation only if you have nothing in hand and don't have issues with gender politics. The top management of this organisation suffers from mood swings.
