...parents and students of rural background just like quack ( jhola chhap) doctors. There is no pay- scale or minimum standards set for teachers. However, the school director tries his best to bring quality but his efforts are affected by the situation prevailing in Bihar. Still it is one of the best schools in Muzaffarpur.

Dislikes

Here, none like to build team. Most of them are individualistic. New ideas are seen as suspicious. Old teachers are like members of a dead poets society, they get nervous whenever a talented teacher join and try to uproot him.

Likes

students are very interested in learning , show positive attitude, their love and respect for teachers can't be expressed in words. Teaching faculties are very much cooperative, assist each other in every activity at school

The school beleive in rules,time & disciplines.

It not believe in holistic approach, activity based learning, child friendly atmosphere. It make a strict boundaries for little one also, which is not good for their mental growth &, development
