It's Very Good and they provide facilities to improve my skills. Present I'm working as (Contract Lecturer) Assistant Professor in Computer Science. Due to my family problems, I'm working as Assistant Professor. Now I'm fine to work anywhere in India.

As per UGC Guide lines the salary is not sufficient to me.

The learning and work environment was quite good. The students there had made the work all the more enjoyable.

The salary used to be less. But, they have now increased the scale and even beginners get a higher pay now if they have the adequate qualifications.

St.joseph college is good brand and work culture is very different.only not a working but personality development is also there and salary promotion is also good.I learned the things from there in different ways.

There is no job security, staff working for 12-14 are sent out without any valid reasons. Staff are forced to resign

Salary is fine. There is no job security. Staff are not respected for their education qualification experience.

It's a temple of education ! I hold a work experience of 9 years at St. Joseph's College, Allahabad and these 9 years have been full of growth in every aspect. One can never regret to be a part of this institution.
