I am happy with my career path and promotion plan. I feel like I get rewarded for good work, I am recognized for my commitment. At SJPS we are treated as part and parcel of the SJPS family. The Management is always open to our voice. Learning experience is new everyday with innovative and creative thinking. I am never lost in the society because working at SJPS keeps you abreast with technology. You are never idle, I enjoy that.

Dislikes

There is nothing I dislike. I enjoy every day every minute. You need to be there to experience the essence of working at SJPS.

Freedom to do your work , every day is a learning day , resources are less there but opportunity we will create .

Dislikes

Less resourcess , they are still following the old school method , no other and extra facility are there like job security , health insurance and all .

Likes

I learn how to manage all the work. I involved in so many committees but Still able to manage all the work efficiently. Workplace is good. If you are about to start your career in teaching then this school is better as compare to near by schools. Team mates are supportive.

Dislikes

Very much restrictions but now a days its almost everywhere. Less number of employees so Workload is high.
