- There is no growth in the career. - We cannot expect any promotions / appraisal for our work done as the promotion will take place only if one completes 10 years of service and that too very low hike of between 1000-1500 increase in your payroll. - The pay is very less compared to the market standards

I am staff nurse In st.jhons working experience is good.we can see lots of patients and treatment.

One point is very disappointed low salary. And HR department employees attitudes towards others is very bad.same hospital staff working very rude . there is no response to our complaints.

Good reputed and famous private hospital . They give good salary and all benefits available. Good environment. Good learning experience.

Little bit of Work pressure. Compulsory 2 years of work if u need experience certificate.

Less salary dispute of working long time.means I was experience above 17 years but I have salery below 26000.and i also completed MRO coures in central government. WHO authorised

...portunity to learn many things within a suitable environment provided for work..job satisfaction regarding salary and food provided.The management is so coperative and have the patience to listen to our plight.

Heavy duty and staff shortage...It is a great place to learn and work.But the work as a staffnurse is tiring due to staff shortage.
