Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high as we need to keep time frame hence compensation was low.

Its been wonderful collaborating with all specialist both doctors and nurses, there are more specialist units and i have been privileged to work in many more workshops are organised to train staff, career progression opportunity, traveling is basically individual, and there is less time for social life

Dislikes

overtime shifts with poor motivation of staff, there is no time for family and loved ones working in this hospital

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
