New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Because of no hr policy Only policies applicable for cutting salary.

...Eg :- in morning m teaching staff, post lunch m a clerk n entire day a peon. 12. Avg Salary of teaching staff is 12k with mandatorily 28 lecture loads n huge clerical n peon jobs. 13. Appreciation in the form racism. Eg Dark or stout or aged people non performing, where as fair, sleek , height matching people are treated good. 14. Students are even harrassed worsed for marksheets n documents. 15. Infrastructure to be ranked first from last. 16. Canteen facilities are strictly prohibited for lecturers in ACS. 17. Affiliated from Mumbai university but follows typical Rajasthani panchayat rules. 18. Govt holidays are also unpaid. 19. Hats off to the teaching staff as they are really super humans. 20. Ragging, bulling and humiliating faculties are strictly on high and regular note for the Principal to justify his Salary. Loads more join ACS n u will get to know.

The new college has started and I got a lot of opportunities in the form of innovation, team building, proper use of resources, development of proper infrastructure, so I have to involved in all activities and make it a success.there was no job security, therefore, work-life balance was very difficult,but I enjoyed lot as a principal.
