The respective and responsible post held by world class uneducated, worthless and hopeless creatures. Some of the attributes:- 1. Confusion master 2. High male ego 3. Drooling over young female staff 4. Ghajni( short term memory) 5. Active member n Represents khaap Panchayat. 6. Follows angrez niti- divide I stand n survive unite I fall. 7. Demotivating n bullies at high level ( perks) 8. Mental abuse n harrassments acts as increment. 9. Kaam chalao niti 10. No scope for Students or self development. 11. Lots of opportunities for transformation in job profile. Eg :- in morning m teaching staff, post lunch m a clerk n entire day a peon. 12. Avg Salary of teaching staff is 12k with mandatorily 28 lecture loads n huge clerical n peon jobs. 13. Appreciation in the form racism. Eg Dark or stout or aged people non performing, where as fair, sleek , height matching people are treated good. 14. Students are even harrassed worsed for marksheets n documents. 15. Infrastructure to be ranked first from last. 16. Canteen facilities are strictly prohibited for lecturers in ACS. 17. Affiliated from Mumbai university but follows typical Rajasthani panchayat rules. 18. Govt holidays are also unpaid. 19. Hats off to the teaching staff as they are really super humans. 20.
