No written document to employees after joining. Salary is also in cash. Salary always 10 days late than the promised date. No perks, no promotion, worst work culture. Seniors bullying and harassing the new teachers, no management . Management also favours the seniors and not at all co-operate with the new teachers.

I got to learn many new things there like CBSE revolution duty then I went to seminars then work shops it was a fun time there !

They used to cut off your salary most of the time basically slow increment

organization is good, the staff is good, and the system is also good.

principal was hired in July and then dismissed in August without a notice period, this might raise concerns regarding employment rights and due process.

Environment is very familiar. Always in touch with the management directly,. Learn a lot from school,.

Only just slow growth is there and I want to work in engineering field as a software engineer.

I have a very good experience to work with them. They are very helping and cooperative with their staff. The thing i found is too much work sometime i have to go to school little earlier and work for few late hours
