...night and during class hours, but Mobile phones are prohibited in classrooms. No discussion with the employee about salary increment, you ll get to know about it when you get salary and no more discussion about it. They always listen to parents but never hear staff. They expect you to stay back whenever needed. Cannot take leaves even if you are sick. Coordinator's judge you based on your WhatsApp status and ask to use our personal time to use for school related works.

Pay was good enough staff were so lovely and friendly enjoyed working with mt St Patrick's academy

Only the reason to dislike is the administration does not follow the school norms as it was mentioned in staff s handbook they just kick you when their need is over I was told to leave the school by 14 April at the last hour now how can I get the other job immediately they must have thought about a person living with family . Anyways God is there to uphold me in my due time but behaving in such way was not expected from the management school does continue a music teacher for more than one year so requesting the new employee who may try to join mspa before you join plz do ask about your working tenere and permanent job I have suffered a lot
