Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The school is readily adopts latest technology. Teacherscome from different backgrounds,and work happily in collaboration. I am glad that I was the part of school which reliable and believes in high quality education.

All management committee members, honourable chairman, Principal Ma'am and Vice Principal Ma'am are very supportive. I would like to thank for all their hard work and dedication to the students, staff and families of the school. Thank you so much for their kind help and support they provided to all the teachers as well as good leaning environment.
