Likes

I had given the opportunity to interact and involve with the special needs students during my studying period and after that. The working environment provides ample opportunity to know about each studens and taught how to deal with distruptive students and children with emotional physical and behavioral problems. The school management is supportive throughput the working period and encouraged me in every aspect. Working with special needs children is very challenging, but at the same time it is a rewarding job also. The teammates were such a blessing, that they support me in my decisions. Working at St Joseph will remain as one of my best working experience in my life.

Dislikes

I love most of the aspects at St Joseph, but salary is very low. There is no promotion. Since it is a small firm there was no ample opportunities for exploration and school management didn't follow new technologies which help students in many ways.
