I enjoyed studying in St. Joseph's rather than working. Things changed when I started working there. Spoon feeding has become the norm.

Dislikes

Less pay more work. Unnecessary paper work- teaching diary, monthly plan, year plan...do you actually think it would go as planned? Last minute we cook up something just for the heck of it. More teaching and less paper work would be great. Summer training for new teachers would be great.
