Probably the first institution where I have experienced, management working hard to reduce the workload, incorporating a structured mechanism in place. So that the duplication of work can be avoided. People are working here for so long which evidently indicates the job security. Even though it is a Christian Institution, they don't have any religious restrictions. Hence, faculties and staffs keep celebrating different occasions. No wonder, this practice is truly a stress buster. I wish, I could upload all those celebration pictures here to demonstrate the rich culture. This institution is best for people who has learning appetite and wants growth.

The management is supportive for ideas and provides opportunities for expressing opinions. The power difference is low and every staff is treated with utmost respect and dignity. Best part is here I did not see a culture where people work like machines to make money but decisions are guided by values and an willingness to help people dream and reach their aspirations.

Expectation is high beyond studies much importance is given to extra curricular activities like clubs and associations.most of them are Mallus they are very close with the management.staffs are like caged birds thoughts expressed are not given importance final decision is taken by the management.any time you would be thrown out if u raise any voice against management.fully dominated by women faculties as hods

Constructive workplace with a positive work culture and lot of growth prospectus . Management is open and flexible to build professional systems and is Continuously working on enhancing the skills of staffs and students. Even opens a pandora of opportunities to research and learn.
