I work at a institution that has a cultural value of “Treating employees like family.” As COVID-19 continues its spread across the globe, the health and safety of staff and students was given top priority. In simple words what I can say is, The Institution which thinks more of welfare of their students as well as their faculty. It's because we have the best Boss our Director Rev. Fr. Jerome OSB, who was great support to every faculty and staff during this pademic - Every faculty and staff was provided with food essentials, fruits, vitamin tablets, face masks , sanitizers and also the financial support during the pademic... The institution also gave an opportunity to Work from home with ongoing flexibility, focus on learning and developing, empower faculty to lead change, maintained consistent communication, etc I feel so blessed to work with this institution and I am very thankful for the support given by institution during the pademic of covid-19!
