The management really cares a lot about the staff and the children. In a condition of financial crisis, the school management didn't take any decision to shoot the jobs of a single teacher also. They are supporting the staff to their best. Not only that the activities conducted by the school during the Lock down for the all round development of the children is appreciable to a greater extent.
