The experience is overall good, I learnt many things like how to manage the class,deal with students, lesson planning, cover up the syllabus and many more other things which are necessary in teaching line.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is not up to the mark for b.ed teachers and career growth is slow.On the job training is not given to new joinees

The experience as a teacher, there is only some simple rules we want to maintain , Management , staff and students are consider the school as our home. Each one help in all the activities in academic and non academic.
