Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Missionary charitable hospital. Resource poor setting.... But does not exploit patients !!

Dislikes

They don't want to grow. They find it difficult to match my speed ( I being from elite Armed Forces medical services)

Humanity n compassion being a charitable hospital n we get to see plethora of cases.... I love my OPD, ICU, ward, ER, Dialysis unit..... Since last 5 yrs after quitting Armed Forces as Head of Medicine dept
