...if you resign I'm not able to get out because of my bond. Ruined my mental life. All emi due because they don't have a salary date.

Dislikes

Salary jo paid on time, delayed by 1-3 months 90% delayed by 15-30 days -100%. No FnF done for last 1.5 years ex employees. No work culture. No future or abroad opportunities, no travel. 6 days travel. Half day salary deduction for 15 mins late to office. You would not know whom to reach for what. You won't be able to take any kind of loan because company statements show losses over a lot of years.
