...anisation being small, cannnot expect any tax saving benefits like larger firms. This makes reduced take home compared to competitors as you pay huge amount of tax No onsite project work opportunities

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and give tram/ performance bonus as per overall profit.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...office in Mumbai; in sole hands and along with that do design and drafting both. Fine one can think about it but the trick is they hardly want to pay 12 lakhs per annum that too CTC saying it is way over the industry pay scale with 7-8 years of experience. My question is which industry is company talking about? Are the pay scales really this low? If so I urge all the employees and employers to stop exploiting people and conditions and start doing some justice to the profession. 7-8 years of experience with masters mean 30+ years of age and not even 12 lakhs in a city like Mumbai..... it really a scary situation if SSOE is right about industry pay scales.

it's all about dislikes and nothing more than that. I will urge the management of the company to think about what they are ultimately doing to the industry and profession with such a low pay scales.

Not a company if you are looking to grow as a structural engineer. All brownfield projects involving very less or no engineering work. No professionalism in structural discipline. No communication between Mumbai and overseas offices. Hire and fire attitude
