...mpany with an employee perspective. No job security, they Can fire you any time. They can hold your salary or after firing no salary will be given. No training will be given. Nothing to learn. It was my worst decision to join this organisation. Will not recommend anybody.

No any chance for growth, No any job security ,As Per Management mood u getting transfer letter , termination letter,.No any value of your work.Company Management playing very big of politics with employee , specially old employees .Salary & Appraisal is very big issue. Good Appraisal benefit only for whose employee which is near of management.
