Some employees of company Like Mr. Rakesh Kumar from department of (KAM) is very nice and I was very happy with working them.

Some employees from Operations team like Mr. Sunny koul & HR Surbhi are not cooperative and do unnecessary deduction from employees salary and incentive

No professionalism ....no fix date for salary...any time they will give you notice job discontinuation for 6-7 days & say this is the one month's prior notice

Compensation is decent but there is no fix date for salary you cant rely for commitments...

...ssipl retail ltd company..i have learning much of & it continuing till yet now..the company has salary given as per candidate utility as wel..if you do hard work so company has given appraisal per year. No politice entire ssipl team..environment criteria things as usual awesome with innovation process lots of time i have been seen.work life along with this company much secure...

Just look into this subject as per compnay find out their IT thru software networking its very slow its need more update and fast...

...out of you.Help in polishing your excel skills by means of regular reporting....Getting timely salary, incentives and add on benefits like ESI card etc was another bonus point.

Reporting was relatively too much leaving less time with manager to think diffrently....and way too many formats even for stock room setting...

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
