...agement doesn't have vision on their company for at least next six months also. They will hire you and next two month they ask you move due to cost cutting.( I really don't know why they have hired and playing in employees life and future) please don't join this company, if you join then no guarantee on job.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Some employees of company Like Mr. Rakesh Kumar from department of (KAM) is very nice and I was very happy with working them.

Dislikes

Some employees from Operations team like Mr. Sunny koul & HR Surbhi are not cooperative and do unnecessary deduction from employees salary and incentive

One of the things I appreciate most about working at SSIP REtail is the dynamic and fast-paced work environment. It keeps me challenged and continuously learning.

Dislikes

While I enjoy many aspects of working at SSIPL Retail, I feel that the salary structure could be more competitive with industry standards. I believe a more aligned compensation package would motivate employees and help attract top talent to the company.
