Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

If you are in office then they will provide you snacks that is only sometimes for making employee satisfaction which is a very unprofessional. Nothing seriously to like about the company.

Dislikes

A very bad owner and very unprofessional talks during office hours (Bad words, negative motivations, shouting). A very small office with only 2 employees. one is accounts who is 100% rude and harsh women and other one is his son. A very bad atmosphere to work and they make us to spent for their company and in return they never reimburse nor they give proper salary. Not at all place to work. Located in Pune.
