...r come across. no work ethic, no autonomy and no creative space provided to you. they will deduct your salary for no reason and make you work for free for the organization. Saghamitra needs to learn how to run an office, clearly she doesn't know and living in 1980's while india is moving towards modernism.

...ow they hire people, they dont want competitive people because they cant handle. they deducted my salary for no reason and since then i have been running around. Work ethic was poor, the CEO herself plays politics. i hope they close soon because with this image no organization should thrive in the market.
