My SSEM company was one of the best company, which I had worked. Work. Now currently iam not in that company but ,I feel its an friendly and helpful.

I felf my Salary is bit low as per market rate.

Wage on time and no headache for works because of unprofessional managements.

... firstly have to deposit 2 salary as security make sure you will be return back. Company paid you 200 Saudi Riyals for food as per Saudi government we have to pay 15% vat so the 200 riyals is actual 170 riyals you can assume how to survive for a month. Appraisal and Increment Accommodation is very worst and no hygiene mostly people are stuck in washroom. No Drinking Water in accommodation. Transportation is very worst and no standard even you are worker or senior staff have to stay with labor and travel with them also. After duty company will not provide transport for going to market for purchase the grocery and stuff as it is normal basic things for daily use.

The companu is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a gloval client base. As a result, i get to travel abroad, especially tonthe US and Canada.i also likethe employee re-hire policy.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

For a beginner, its the best place to join. You will get loads of opportunities to learn new things. The best thing about ssem is there is very less politics here. Other good thing is most of my colleagues are from India and so I don't feel away from home.

Compensation is decent, but salary hike is in 2 years. Unlike other companies, here you have to follow up your increment application several times or else they may forget. Going for an emergency vacation is a big deal here. Sometimes management shows some poor managing skills resulting in a heavy workload on us .
