...oordinating people with one another,there is no special training for teaching i.e direct recruitment as lecturer,job security is good but no growth, salary increments is very poor year by year,it is located in City so no problem for transportation,no politics in our organization, they're transparently recruiting us,work environment is good,life balance is also very good with minimum salary but they paid very less salary at initial stage,year by year increment is also very less,but overall our organization is good

I need growth of my life,I'm ready to face any kind of challenges for growth,here there is no growth i.e is the reason I want to change my domain

Surely it is Best college in Anantapur where environment and facilities are really good.staff and management very efficient and friendly.where we can explore our ideas definitely we will reach out heights with their cooperation
