...gement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Nothing is Good. Some areas are poor and some are worst. Need to improve everything.

...nderneath. All non koreans were treated like aliens. Thats really a bad example. No hike or extra benefits.

Office is Near to metro station, and Collegus are friendly other than Koreans

Any day you can loss your job and that also without any reason, It is Such terrible management to work with, with No compassion and no appraisal.

Many things. 1. Job security is zero because every decision come from Korean mood. 2. Manager will push everything engineer to do. 3. All Koreans are managers and most of them can’t able to write properly and speak clearly. 4. Very bad office politics. 5. Not good insurance policy and don’t want to help out employee health issue even staff hospitalised
