The company, owner and projects are good. Everything is best provided you in good vertical. Someone mentioned in his review this company is good for girls.. Yes it is correct. Internal politics due to insecure senior employees exists, but that's true of most offices. Best to be confident and remain unrattled by unprofessional people.

You only learn work of a draftsman. With no site knowledge, no client interface, no knowledge about market rate and materials, no contact with any site members, no clue about budget and vendors. Typical design will get copy pasted for several years.

It is a small company but we can study alot of things from here..since it is not divided as different working sections, one can do both designing and site supervision together which will improve our knowledge in both fields

Dislikes

There is nothing much I dislike...the only thing is the employees are less in numbers which makes us tiring sometimes
