The Work culture here is supportive and I have felt valued by colleagues and managers . The leadership team is transparent and approachable ,which creates positive environment where everyone is encouraged to share ideas and contribute to company success . Benefits and work life balance is great .Overall its fantastic place to work .

Nothing any specific good things to say about it. It's an average proprietary company. Five day working is there👍

Dislikes

Working culture is not balanced, even weekly off or holiday they wanted to work for the company. A single person to do estimation, offer, tender submission etc. They don't have a team for work.
