Likes

The Management is not good. No work culture. Salary delayed upto 3 months. Delay in works due to delay in procurement of materials. Management is not professional. Management belives in only old staffs altough they are the most corrupt individuals. There is lack of trust in employees and people are blamed for no reason.

Employees are good but they lack skilled Manpower. No on Job training for activities.

...tivity which results in delay. 4.No skill development training for employees. 5. Salary can be delayed upto 4 Months. Even staffs at corporate office doesn't receive salary for 3 months. 6. Company is not serious about completing the work in time. 7. Although the food is free but the quality of food is very poor.
