The management celebrates birthday, festivals and takes part in it which feels very warm and homely.

...type setup and employees feels like the head principle is watching all the time. No HR policies - they deduct salary even when you are 5 minutes late. No qualified HR team, no office decorum, everyone is terified all the time. Feels like school where no person likes to work an extra time because there is no positive office management. Zero scope of growth.

It’s a good company to work with and the best part is its work culture and the people here are also very supportive. The learning is also decent because you get freedom in area of work & take decisions

There is always scope of improvement and here also it’s there if can become 5 days working

I have got excellent knowledge for construction related like safety,construction rules,engineers rules and how to handle site ,leober, engineers

I am not satisfied to sallary and promotion because I haven't getting sallary for time to time and I don't have get any benefits and promotion.

If it can be a 5.5 days working it will be icing on the cake but none the less it has no toxic culture and very good atmosphere which makes it a second home for us and we are at ease and have fun at work

Repect of your work level and admin asks your about work requirements of your aite timely and tries their best efforts to complete if under budget and asks other for solution.

No Post increment wheatger anyone works for how many years
