Being a captive ss&c is very pathetic in Appraisal in ss&c junior getting more package then seniors team members and bonus is quarterly which is alway belwo 5k only

The only positive point at the moment is it is hybrid work culture and salary is somewhat good.

Dislikes

Managers are lazy to escalate anything. Hiring was done by showing a false job description. There is no growth at all and manager will yell at you and will be forced to achieve target. Very bad management and IT team is super slow.

Pay scale is less as per compared to other companies provide. if company increases the pay scale as per market level than we would be happy and whole heartedly continue journey with company for longer term.

...ious job had the best work culture but appraisals happened once in 2 or 3 years. So, the salary benefits compared to that was very good, at least it happened every year even if it is only 5 to 6 %.

The work can be better if the people are cooperative but no one gives you the complete information about the process literally. People who have been since the inception of the process withhold the information with them and literally there is nothing you can do. You have to learn gradually watching and observing but that really takes time and a lot of effort. There is no work life balance.its pathetic. Literally you have to slog and forget about week days. The processes are so messed up and it leads to stretch without any reason. You have to stretch daily some times 13 to 14 a day. 22 to 12 hrs is just normal here. Management is poor. Nobody really cares about your concerns unless you are an asset to the team and really useful. But still partiallity and biasness exists. You have to be loud about ur work and ready to fight for ur rights or else you ll get nothing. It's not easy to work here. You have to mentally prepared for this. Many people I know have left within few months of joining bcos the pressure is such. Not scaring, but you should be ready to handle that much pressure.

Work culture is pathetic i would say where you are expected to work for 12 hours a day without any overtime compensation. If you cant work for the desired amount than you need to provide a medical certificate showing any illness as a reason of not working for more than 10 plus hours.
