Compensation is bad, no recognition of work by boss, always criticizing by dropping stinker emails. No growth in terms of work which results in loss of productivity. No team bonding between team mates. No extra opportunities given to showcase your talent. Rude and abusive language used by bosses. No interest shown by superiors to make the youths learn and also the training provided is awful. no proper communication by managers to subordinates in terms of work. unprofessionalism everywhere

Your growth largely depends on your team/department and client on which you are working. Job security wise company is good. You will get chance to work on many different things. (Again it depends on ur team/Dept)

Pay is very low as compared to industry peers but better than Syntel. No work life balance- Company does not value employee's personal time, if an Indian employee is working from home they will not hey any benefit it will be consider as he/she is on leave. You have work for free on Sat and Sun, you won't even get comp off/extra leave for working on weekends.

No Indian Festival Holidays, You have to apply for diwali leave as well. Very low bonus, Very low pay hike After sometime the work becomes clarifcal. Sometimes may ask you to log in early or work on weekends. Staying logged in for 11 hours a day is a very common thing here.
