There is no work culture. You work beyond your expected time and you don't even get OT. There is tremendous job pressure. They will make you work till you drop dead. There is hardly any appreciation. Taking holidays is very very difficult, also then yiur Holiday is not even carried forward and eventually lapse if you don't use them. Once you are in, you would want to leave ASAP.

No Indian Festival Holidays, You have to apply for diwali leave as well. Very low bonus, Very low pay hike After sometime the work becomes clarifcal. Sometimes may ask you to log in early or work on weekends. Staying logged in for 11 hours a day is a very common thing here.

Being a captive ss&c is very pathetic in Appraisal in ss&c junior getting more package then seniors team members and bonus is quarterly which is alway belwo 5k only

Worst work culture. Rude behavior of Manager and Director. They show power of there position. HR of this company do not take any action on employees concern. Irresponsible HR. HR only do joining and exit interview.
