Pay scale is less as per compared to other companies provide. if company increases the pay scale as per market level than we would be happy and whole heartedly continue journey with company for longer term.

...ious job had the best work culture but appraisals happened once in 2 or 3 years. So, the salary benefits compared to that was very good, at least it happened every year even if it is only 5 to 6 %.

The work can be better if the people are cooperative but no one gives you the complete information about the process literally. People who have been since the inception of the process withhold the information with them and literally there is nothing you can do. You have to learn gradually watching and observing but that really takes time and a lot of effort. There is no work life balance.its pathetic. Literally you have to slog and forget about week days. The processes are so messed up and it leads to stretch without any reason. You have to stretch daily some times 13 to 14 a day. 22 to 12 hrs is just normal here. Management is poor. Nobody really cares about your concerns unless you are an asset to the team and really useful. But still partiallity and biasness exists. You have to be loud about ur work and ready to fight for ur rights or else you ll get nothing. It's not easy to work here. You have to mentally prepared for this. Many people I know have left within few months of joining bcos the pressure is such. Not scaring, but you should be ready to handle that much pressure.

Work culture is pathetic i would say where you are expected to work for 12 hours a day without any overtime compensation. If you cant work for the desired amount than you need to provide a medical certificate showing any illness as a reason of not working for more than 10 plus hours.

Here the managers don't listen to the ideas and suggestion of the Employees towards the client query and if Associate have an suggestion. If we agrue on some of the points and try to keep our points then Associate Managers don't listen and try indirectly keep this in mind and at time of appraisal and promotion they give the negative feedback to the Mageres and Director. And also no Bonus are being stops and reason are give like your re not working properly and hardly meets the request and all. And also work for the in morning for 1 hrs and later according to the shift as well. No work life balance.

Only 6 days a month WFO, that's only the main USP of this company. While you compromise on salary, benefits, work-life balance and are expected to be on call to support 24x7 ofcourse.

... is what they gave last year and this year, no matter how well you perform. 6. They give 17k as salary to bcom or MBA freshers, which is outright down market. 7. SYSTEM ISSUES - omg the biggest one here, they call themselves as a technology company, but can't even provide a stable system to work on, there are always sort of issues everyday of the week. 8. They say WFH flexibility - but they expect you to login even at 10.30-11.30 pm in the night, if any work needs to be done. 9. Parag Kinariwala and Murtuza Bootwala's team of managers are pure garbage. Either they're on bulk week's leave in a month or either on calls, but they don't have time for you to call/discuss issues. 10. No scope of knowledge enhancement or growth. People working here are just there because of WFH policy and people are in their comfort zones. Take out that and you'll find so much chaos 11. Leaves are only granted mostly to the team leaders or managers. But for teams, no 2 people can apply for leave on the same day.
